Growth Marketing Manager for a Tech Start up

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our newly founded online dating startup. You will be in the driver’s seat to build up all their marketing efforts from scratch. Unleash your creativity and develop and own innovative campaigns to gain traction on our product. Task & Responsibilities

You will take ownership of the user acquisition channels (paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing) and implement a comprehensive growth strategy. Furthermore you will build a strong online presence by engaging with followers on social media and be part of the founding team to analyze and evaluate key business decisions

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably in a start up or fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to achieve something big
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, including ASO and social media marketing
• Experience with design tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong analytical skills and expertise with online marketing and performance tools
• Willingness to work in the office
