Our client is an international SaaS Scale up, who is dramatically improving the functionality of Microsoft Office. Founded in 2009 in Paris, our client is automating repetitive, low value-added tasks such as updating data, formatting reports and reviewing errors. Enabling teams to produce more in less time. Their Software is used by leading financial and consulting firms in over 60 countries, with 5 entities all over the globe. As a Customer Success Manager you will be a core member of the Client Solutions (CS) team, and you will be a technology and use case specialist, demonstrating a deep understanding of the clients' customer journey from implementation to adoption and expansion.
Task & Responsibilities
- Be a trusted point of contact that clients can rely on to get the most out of the provided solution
- Help clients execute a successful launch by collaboratively planning change management, providing training sessions, sharing best practice and communication assets; and by monitoring and advising on user adoption
- Work closely with our implementation, sales and support teams to achieve client goals
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services, assist customers with questions and best practices for their needs
- Sustain business growth by adopting a data-driven approach to customer management to prioritize time around risk, and mitigating churn through customer engagement
- Drive and maintain high active user numbers and client satisfaction scores
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree
- Consistent track record of managing a large sales pipeline and achieving objectives
- Strong organization and project management skills
- A consultative, solution-selling approach to sales
- Confidence presenting and speaking with senior level executives
- Confidence in presenting and speaking with senior level executives (English and German, both written and spoken)
- Proactive and goal-driven team player
